Terms of Use
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pushlings ("the Game"), including its updates, content, and related services.
The Game is published by Minor54 Studios, registered in Canada and operating from Canada and Brazil ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Our handling of personal information is explained in the Pushlings Privacy Policy.
1. Your License to Play
Subject to these Terms and the applicable platform terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Pushlings on devices you own or control for your personal entertainment.
The Game and its content are licensed, not sold, to you. This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or its intellectual property.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise or we expressly authorize it, you may not:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Game or its assets.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Game's source code.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use the Game's assets to create or distribute another commercial product.
Gameplay videos and livestreams are permitted as described in Section 7.
2. Accounts and Online Services
Pushlings requires a connection through Epic, including when played through Steam. Online features require an internet connection and access to the relevant platform services.
Your use of Steam and Epic is also governed by their respective terms, account requirements, and policies. These Terms do not replace those agreements. Where applicable platform terms require that they take priority, those terms apply.
You are responsible for using accounts you are authorized to access and keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share passwords with us or other players.
Availability of online features may depend on your device, internet connection, platform account status, and third-party services.
3. Ownership
The Game's software, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, names, logos, and other content belong to Minor54 Studios or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
4. Coins, Virtual Items, and Purchases
Pushlings offers optional purchases of virtual coins, items, and packs through supported storefronts. The relevant product description identifies what each purchase includes.
Purchases and payments are subject to the storefront's checkout terms, refund rules, and applicable consumer law.
Coins and items
Virtual coins and items are licensed for use within Pushlings. They are not legal currency and cannot be exchanged with us for cash, except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. They may not be sold or transferred outside features expressly supported by the Game.
Purchased coins do not expire and are not subject to scheduled or routine resets. Spending coins reduces your balance by the amount shown for the purchase.
Coin balances and purchased items are linked to your player account through Epic's cloud services. Access depends on the relevant account and services remaining available. The absence of an expiry date does not guarantee that the Game or third-party services will operate indefinitely.
Golden Starter Pack
The Golden Starter Pack includes 2,000 coins and the exclusive Golden Set, as described in its store listing. It may be purchased only once per player account.
Refunds and assistance
Refunds are handled under the relevant storefront's policies and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory refund rights or other consumer remedies.
For purchase issues, use the relevant storefront's support process or contact contact@minor54.com.
5. Player Conduct
You must not:
- Cheat, deliberately exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, or use unauthorized bots or tools that manipulate gameplay.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Disrupt multiplayer sessions, networks, or other players' access to the Game.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or otherwise harm other players or our staff.
- Use the Game in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
You can report bugs, exploits, and other concerns to contact@minor54.com.
Steam and Epic may separately enforce their own platform rules and account restrictions.
6. Progress and Saved Data
Certain progress—including experience, missions, achievements, and equipped outfits—is saved locally on your computer. This local progress file is not uploaded to the cloud by Pushlings.
Coin balances and purchased items are stored separately through Epic's cloud services.
Deleting local files, changing devices, or experiencing hardware problems may affect local progress. Uninstalling the Game does not necessarily delete cloud inventory.
See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling and deletion requests.
7. Gameplay Videos and Livestreams
You may record, publish, and livestream your gameplay, including reviews, tutorials, commentary, and other gameplay-based content.
You may monetize these videos and livestreams through advertising, subscriptions, donations, and sponsorships.
This permission does not allow you to:
- Claim that your content is officially produced, endorsed, or sponsored by Minor54 Studios when it is not.
- Sell or redistribute extracted game assets, such as standalone artwork, character models, music, or sound effects.
- Use our trademarks or branding to impersonate Minor54 Studios.
- Include material that infringes someone else's rights.
This permission covers only rights controlled by Minor54 Studios. Any separately applicable third-party rights and the rules of the service hosting your content still apply.
8. Updates and Availability
We may release updates to fix problems, improve security, balance gameplay, or change features. Updates may be necessary to continue using online features.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical problems, and interruptions to third-party services may temporarily affect access.
Changes to the Game remain subject to the purchased-coin policy in Section 4 and applicable consumer rights.
If we discontinue the Game or materially reduce its online services, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and meet applicable obligations concerning paid content and consumer remedies.
9. Children and Families
Pushlings is a family-friendly game intended for a general audience, rather than specifically directed at children under 13.
You must satisfy the applicable age requirements and parental-permission rules of the platforms and services you use.
If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf where required by applicable law.
Parents or guardians with privacy questions can contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Ending Your Use of the Game
You may stop using the Game at any time and remove it from your devices.
Uninstalling the Game does not automatically delete your Epic or Steam account, platform purchase records, or cloud inventory. For requests concerning Pushlings data, contact contact@minor54.com or consult our Privacy Policy.
Ending your use of the Game does not remove rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
11. Warranties and Liability
We aim to provide a functioning and enjoyable game, but cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Minor54 Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other statutory remedies.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Game, its services, or applicable requirements change.
We will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and request agreement where required by applicable law.
Changes will not remove rights you already have under mandatory consumer law.
13. Consumer Rights
You retain any mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a competent consumer-protection authority or bringing a claim in a court where applicable law gives you that right.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
